  I have lived at 59 Ignacio Lane for 1.5 months. I love the location and the apt. Unexpected needs were addressed, ie safety bars in the bathroom. I appreciate that very much. What I am dissatisfied with is the "cut and paste" approach to making my apt. what it should have been when I moved in. One problem after another has presented itself over the short time of living here. It feels as though your objective was to present an acceptable facade, hoping the plethora of unchecked items would not be noticed. 'Since moving in these problems needed to be communicated by me and addressed one by one by the facilities crew: 1 .No shower curtain rod 2. no knob on the heater, 3. 2 shelves missing in kitchen cabinet (pending), 4. wrong plug in the tub, so baths were impossible 5. sliders on back door needed to be shortened for smooth movement 6. kitchen faucet broke, Again, I don't regret my decision to move here. I do regret that some of the behind the scenes maintenance issues have been placed on my shoulders and that the apt was not really move in ready from my perspective. I hope this feedback will be of use to you.
